Our consortium is in the process of developing by-laws to formally guide our governance, decision-making, and collaborative operations. These by-laws will outline membership structure, roles and responsibilities, voting procedures, and protocols to ensure transparency and accountability. Once finalized, they will serve as a foundational document to support effective partnerships and align our work with the goals of the California Adult Education Program (CAEP).
